You dont play much DST, do you? It doesnt only spawn in summer and it can be found in the desert year round. I completely avoid dragonflies, they're too fast, strong and burn you, quiet a scary monster, good thing it only spawns during the summer. Has anyone successfully killed this thing? Legitimately or otherwise? Well, it only took down about half of the dragonfly's health, and the stupid thing flew away and came back fully healed! Seriously?ĭoes it seriously take 1000+ gunpowder to kill this? I don't think you could even legitimately harvest enough resources for that, could you? I've tried the same trick with much, much more gunpowder, and it still didn't kill the stupid thing!
I lured the dragonfly to sleep on top of the pile, and lit a grass tuft in the middle of it (to try to get the gunpowder to burn evenly). Just to see how tough this thing really is, I used the console to spawn in about 800 gunpowder (yes, you read that right, eight hundred). I read the best strategies online to kill it, tried those, didn't work. Today we ran into the Dragonfly for the first time.
